Think in programs, not one shirt
Schools and clubs usually need match kit, training kit and sometimes staff or academy layers. Ordering them as a related program keeps colors and crests consistent.
Youth and adult sizing
Provide a size table. If you do not have measurements, collect a size set from last season’s kit. Guessing youth/adult splits is the most common cause of leftover stock.
Names and numbers
Rosters change. Decide whether names are required for the first order or only numbers. Sublimated names are permanent for that panel.
