Ordering custom teamwear should be easy to follow. Seven steps from first message to express shipment. Production time and shipping transit time are listed separately.

Sport, product list, quantity and destination country.
Send your design, logo or reference.
PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, SVG or ZIP, plus EQUEST GEAR CMYK Color Book codes where color matching matters.
We review specifications and provide quotation.
Pricing depends on product, quantity, fabric, customization and shipping.
Approve design/sample.
Bulk follows the approved reference.
Bulk production begins.
For 25–200 uniforms, production is approximately 3 weeks after order confirmation, artwork approval, payment/terms approval and final specifications. Shipping time is separate. Larger lots are scheduled on the quotation.
AQL Level II quality inspection and packing.
Lots are sampled under AQL Level II against the approved spec, then packed.
Express international shipment.
Freight is calculated from your destination. Transit time is confirmed on the quotation — not promised as a global number.
