Programs start from 25 uniforms where the garment and construction allow. Some styles, fabrics or private-label extras may require a higher quantity, which is confirmed on the quotation.

Yes. 25 uniforms is the published starting quantity for custom team uniform programs. The 25–49 quantity slab has a published indicative EX-WORKS unit price on the pricing page and in Get My Delivered Price.

Production lead time is approximately 3 weeks for 25–200 uniforms after order confirmation, artwork/design approval, required payment/terms approval and final specifications approval. Shipping transit time is separate and is not included in those 3 weeks.

For 25–200 uniforms, production is approximately 3 weeks after the approvals listed above. Express shipping time is additional. Quantities above 200 are scheduled on the official quotation.

Yes. Published slabs are indicative EX-WORKS unit prices. Express shipping is calculated from the destination you enter and is added to reach an estimated delivered price when a freight figure can be produced.

Use Get My Delivered Price. Select sport, uniform, quantity and shipping destination. If an administrator has published a zone rate and garment weight, freight appears in the estimate. Otherwise the EXW portion is shown and express freight is confirmed on the quotation. No global shipping price is used.

From country, city, postal code, address, quantity, estimated packed weight and the express method. EQUEST GEAR does not use one worldwide freight figure. Courier APIs (DHL, FedEx, UPS) can be connected later; until then, administrator-editable zone rates are used when published.

Yes. Choose Upload your design and attach PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, SVG or ZIP. Executable files are not accepted.

Yes. Use the EQUEST GEAR CMYK Color Book to select EG- codes, then send the palette with your quote, artwork or tech pack. On-screen chips are a communication aid. Final fabric appearance is confirmed on an approved sample before bulk production.

Yes. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) produce the cleanest crests. PNG/JPG are accepted for reference.

Yes. Provide a roster with sizes. Names and numbers on sublimated panels should be locked before bulk printing.

Yes. Sponsor logos are placed from your layout. Vector files produce the cleanest results.

Dye-sublimation prints artwork onto transfer paper, then heat-presses it so the dye becomes part of polyester fibers. It is used for full-color team kits. It is not vinyl lettering or embroidery.

AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) is a statistical sampling method used to decide whether a production lot is accepted. Level II is a general inspection level that sets how many pieces are drawn from a lot of a given size. EQUEST GEAR uses AQL Level II. A numeric AQL (for example 2.5) is shown only if the company publishes that value in the administrator configuration.

Inspection follows the approved product specification: fabric, color/artwork, measurements, logos/sublimation, stitching, seams, print, labels, finished garment, AQL sampling, packing and dispatch approval. See the Quality Control page.

Yes. Sample cost, timeline and whether sample cost can be applied to bulk are confirmed in the quotation for that style.

Yes. OEM programs follow your tech pack, approved sample and brand specifications.

Yes. ODM programs develop fits, fabrics and artwork from your brief.

Yes. Private-label sportswear can include custom labels, branding and packing specified in the order.

European destinations include Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Ireland, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, Greece, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and the other European countries listed on the order form. EQUEST GEAR does not claim local offices in those markets.
