Define the kit, not just the shirt
A football program is usually a system: home, away, training, goalkeeper and sometimes a warm-up layer. Quote each style separately even if they share a color story. Mixed quantities across styles are normal for clubs.
Artwork that manufacturers can use
Supply the crest in vector form. Mark sponsor positions (chest, sleeve, shorts). If you follow a league template, attach it. Names and numbers need a typeface decision before sampling — changing the number font after sublimation means new panels.
Fabric and climate
Lightweight knits are common for match jerseys. Mesh zones can be specified if you want extra ventilation. Tell the manufacturer whether the kit is for hot-climate leagues, winter training, or both. GSM is a quote input, not a marketing slogan.
