Customization, ordering and delivery
A squash program can include custom colors, patterns, team logos, player names, player numbers, sponsor logos, labels and packing. Buyers can upload artwork (PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG or SVG) or request a custom design. Quantity starts from 25 uniforms where the garment allows. Production for 25–200 uniforms is approximately 3 weeks after order confirmation, artwork approval, payment/terms approval and final specifications. Shipping transit time is separate and is calculated from the destination you enter — not as one worldwide freight price.
Inspection uses AQL Level II sampling against the approved specification. Express delivery is available for international B2B orders. Use Get My Delivered Price to move from sport to uniform to estimated total, then request a quotation.

What is the MOQ?
Programs start from 25 uniforms where the garment and construction allow. Some styles, fabrics or private-label extras may require a higher quantity, which is confirmed on the quotation.
What is the lead time for 25–200 uniforms?
Production lead time is approximately 3 weeks for 25–200 uniforms after order confirmation, artwork/design approval, required payment/terms approval and final specifications approval. Shipping transit time is separate and is not included in those 3 weeks.
Does shipping come separately?
Yes. Published slabs are indicative EX-WORKS unit prices. Express shipping is calculated from the destination you enter and is added to reach an estimated delivered price when a freight figure can be produced.
How is shipping calculated?
From country, city, postal code, address, quantity, estimated packed weight and the express method. EQUEST GEAR does not use one worldwide freight figure. Courier APIs (DHL, FedEx, UPS) can be connected later; until then, administrator-editable zone rates are used when published.
Can I provide my own design?
Yes. Choose Upload your design and attach PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, SVG or ZIP. Executable files are not accepted.
Can I upload my team logo?
Yes. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) produce the cleanest crests. PNG/JPG are accepted for reference.
