Before the sample is drawn
Fabric, color and artwork should already have been checked against the approved references. AQL sampling on finished goods does not replace those earlier gates.
On the finished lot
A sample is drawn according to lot size and Level II. Inspectors score defects against the classes written for the order. If the sample stays within the acceptance number, the lot is accepted under that plan. If it hits the rejection number, it is not.

Honest limits
